How much does it cost to register?

£25 per property for non-resident landlords and £15 where the landlord is Resident. Please see our minimum standards for more clarification on fees and registration.

I can’t view the list of properties.

Our housing list is password protected to ensure that only UEA students can access it. Once a property is registered the landlord / agent is then provided with access to the online list. If you have any queries about the list, please contact Home Run.

Do you collect rent and manage properties?

Home Run is an accreditation, advertising and information service, we do not act as property agents.
