Home Run is the Union run service to help students find a new home. Each year Home Run releases an online list offering a great selection of student homes. Home Run is recommended by UEA and considered the best and safest way to find your home.

**HOME RUN LIST RELEASE 2012**

Update: 29/3/12: Dont' panic! There are still more than 260 beds available on the list, across more than 60 properties! As well as this, there are spare rooms all over the city being offered via the Home Run message board.

The 21 and 22 bus routes no longer run to the University
but terminate at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.
The closest it will stop to the university is a bus stop on Wilberforce Road. 
The new 40 circular service covers Bowthorpe and does terminate at the University,
but only operates at peak times and during term time only.  
This may affect your choice of house for next year.

Take note: new properties are added to the Home Run list throughout the year, so keep checking back!

Home Run landlords are expected to comply with agreed Minimum Standards. They must provide copies of gas and electrical safety certificates and have been advised of all the latest regulations and their legal responsibilities.

• Home Run landlords have an established relationship with the Union and are expected to deal with any repairs quickly
• Home Run landlords charge no fees to students.
