Home Run is the Union run service to help students find a new home. Each year Home Run releases an online list offering a great selection of student homes. Home Run is recommended by UEA and considered the best and safest way to find your home.

• Home Run landlords are expected to comply with agreed Minimum Standards. They must provide copies of gas and electrical safety certificates and have been advised of all the latest regulations and their legal responsibilities.
• Home Run landlords have an established relationship with the Union and are expected to deal with any repairs quickly
• Home Run landlords charge no fees to students.
