Letting Agencies
In addition to Home Run, Norwich has a number of letting agencies that will help you find housing. Unlike Home Run these letting agents will normally charge a fee. These are usually administrative or processing fees, perhaps for production of tenancy agreements or for running credit checks. It's a good idea to check what the fees are before you start arranging to look at houses with an agency as you don't want to find somewhere only to be disappointed when you can't afford the extra charges.
