Post Office

The Union Post Office is located in the middle of the Street, opposite the entrance to the bars.

The Post Office provides all the usual services and offers a wide range of International postal services including DataPost.

It is an agency for the Co-operative Bank, Lloyds TSB, Barclays, Cahoot Internet Bank & Smile Internet Bank so you can get cash by using your debit card. There is also a worldwide money transfer service through MoneyGram and access to the National Savings & Investments range of services.

The Bureau de Change offers "on-the-spot" currency exchange for a wide range of currencies and a buy/sell Traveller's Cheque service. They also provide travel insurance and a Passport Checking service if required.

It also offers a worldwide fax service and sells personal stationery, cards, gifts, products for the overseas traveller, clocks, calculators, cycle accessories and a good range of UEA hoodies, leisurewear and memorabilia.
