Thu 18 May 2006 |
ITV is looking for people connected to UEA who would like to be involved in ITV Anglia’s Current Affairs programme “Anglia Special Edition” ? The next episode is about Norfolk lottery winner Michael Carroll and we are looking for a “jury” of 12 people to determine from the evidence they see, if he is bad or sad !
Filming is taking place at Anglia (City Centre studio) on Thursday 25th May between 6.30pm and 8pm. All the evidence would have already been recorded and the jury will be filmed deliberating and then giving their verdict.
The actual programme TX’s the following Tuesday, 30th May, 7.30pm on ITV1
If you could put the word out for us, that would be very helpful. If anyone is interested, my contact details are below.
Thanks very much

Sexual Perversity In Chicago
|
Event |
2 K |
Tue 03 Jun 2008 |
Meet Bernie – sexual adventurer and terminal bachelor – whose view of relationships is so distorted that he poisons the view of others around him.
It’s both cripplingly funny and cruel in its exploration of the sexes who attempt to connect at a time when feminism had entered the main stream, where men were beginning to feel the threat of female independence, where sexual politics were becoming bipartisan and the position of top dog was completely up for grabs!
The razor sharp, rusty blade of Mamet’s dialogue cuts through political correctness like a hot knife through butter in this must see comedy. Like BBC TV’s Life On Mars, it reminds us of where we were, and makes us ask if we’re still there.
Not suitable for under 16’s.
This is the first show from The Actors Company, a new professional theatre company in Norwich. |
