Coursework Submission
All coursework should be submitted via the Hubs. Please print off a coversheet to attach to your work, available from your eVision page, for each separate assignment. Coursework should be submitted to the relevant coursework box in the Hub managing the module. The Hub details will be on the top right hand side of the coversheet when you print it off (this will not apply for work you are asked to be submit in class).
Hub Opening Hours
ARTS Hub 08.00 to 22.00
Elizabeth Fry Hub 08.00 to 22.00
Zuckerman (Zicer) Hub 08.00 to 20.00*
*(there is a submission box in Elizabeth Fry for Postgraduate modules supported by Zicer, for use between 20.00 and 22.00).
Out-of-Hours Submission
There is a late submission facility, for use between 22.00 and 23.59, in the Library. In the short term, this is via the Returns letterbox, on the ground floor. Please note that there is no admittance into the library between 23:50 and 00:15, so students have to be in the Library already if they wish to submit between 23:50 and 23:59. Students should ensure that their work, including the coversheet, is securely fastened or in an envelope; there are no stapling facilities in the Library.
Receipt of Coursework
When the Hub staff have logged in your work, the ‘date submitted’ will be displayed on your eVision page as confirmation that the work has been received.
Electronic Submission
A small number of modules are being piloted to accept electronic submission via eVision in weeks 6, 7 and 8. Students doing these modules will be contacted separately. Further modules will have the facility in Weeks 10 – 12.
