The Waterfront’s Saturday night club Meltdown comes to the LCR for one night only – with special guests the Kaiser Thiefs!

* Comedy In The Lcr: Ed Byrne
He’s charming, gorgeous and most importantly very, very funny. Yes, we’ve managed to bring the fantastic comedian Ed Byrne to the LCR for Freshers!

Your first chance to do the fancy dress thing this term. Doctors, nurses, fireman, 118, pizza delivery guys… whatever your emergency!

A brilliant night of comedy and entertainment from Hypnotist Alan Bates.

Yes, Signature of Britain’s Got Talent fame! Kicking off the World Music Party in style.

The maestro of indie and alternative music is here to astound you with his DJ skills for this fantastic Freshers club night.

* R’n’b Club Night: Harmony
If you like your music in the R’n’B, hip hop, dancehall vein then this is the night for you.

* The Big Party: The Freshers Bash
The end of Freshers Week big party event thing. Stay tuned for announcements on guests, entertainment, etc.
