We know there will be a General Election in the next few months...
The people elected in the General Election will be making decisions about a possible rise in tuition fees.
We are asking students to use their vote in the forthcoming general election to support candidates that would vote against any increase in fees in the next parliament – and would pressure the government to introduce a fairer alternative.

We need to make sure that we elect MPs [Members of Parliament] who fully represent students' opinions on tuition fees, the environment and more local issues like transport and student housing.
If you live on campus you are automatically registered to vote so you can just sit back and wait til voting day.
If you don't live on campus however you need to register before you can vote.

Remember: You can either print out and send the above form back to Norwich City Council (the address is at the bottom of the form), or pop up to see a Student Officer in Union House where we have loads of forms with pre-paid envelopes which we'll post for you.
If you have any questions about registering to vote see the About My Vote website FAQs here or email Natasha, the Communications Officer on su.comms@uea.ac.uk.
