Dance squad encompasses hip-hop,contemporary and jazz dance, run by a few fantastic student teachers. We welcome all ages and abilities for a fun fitness session and great routines to new music. Training times are: Tuesday: 5.00pm-7.30pm, LCR - Hip hop and Jazz Saturday: 10.00am-12.00pm, Sports Park in the martial arts room- Contemporary Sunday: 3pm-4pm, Sports Park in the dance studio- Fitness
