We run 2 beginner sessions; one on Monday nights 7pm-8pm in Hall 2 of the Sports Park and the other on Wednesday 5.40pm-7pm in Hall 3 of the Sports Park. We also have an intermediate session on Monday nights from 8pm-10pm in Hall 2 of the Sports Park.
