Hi guys,

just thought i would write in to let you know how im getting on. Where to begin.... ;-) Its been non stop for me since i left uni and i am now in a high positioned office job within the norwich area. my duties include filing, making cups of tea and most importantly taking everyones lunch orders. For some people this would seem pretty tough but lucky for me i recieved a 2-1 for having an anal wart.

Im still keeping fit, sometimes even training twice a week. (hard work at my age!! :-( ) its all go on the ladies front too. im beating the girls off with a stick at the moment with my frequent lcr appearences. i have had sex with a girl about 2 times since september (i know it sounds really slutty but hey im a lover!)

I hope u all are well and keeping buff (im now second most ripped on the norwich rugby team!!) keep in touch. please - im lonely.
