Wed 2nd Feb: Baserunning 101/Fielding 101 - A detailed look at situational base running and fielding. Everything you'll need to know about rounding the bases in a game. For fielding, we'll be looking at positioning, catching, being a CUT OFF man to how to get a force out. We'll even look at tag plays.

Sat 5th Feb: 1st Internal Game - Red Sox vs. White Sox. The teams have been provisionally decided, so if your on the list below, then let us know if your available to play or not. Don't worry if you haven't made the teams, there is another internal game shortly.

Hopefully, everyone that has been to training more than once this semester is on the team sheet. Don't worry if your not listed against a position! We'll be changing the players around and the final team sheet will probably decided after Wednesdays training session. Our appologies for the long hyper-link! =/ Also there is another internal game, so don't worry!

Wed 9th Feb: Catchers and Pitchers 101/Hitting 101 - Pretty much a MUST for all Pitchers and Catchers wanting to be in the upcoming games. With a detailed look into the art of hitting. From how to hold the bat and correct stance to how to advance base runners and much much more. Also feedback from the internal game.

Sat 12th Feb: Base Stealing 101 - A detailed look at stealing bases. We'll look at the art of stealing and also how to slide into 2nd/3rd.

Wed 16th Feb: 2nd Internal Game - Red Sox vs White Sox. The Rivalry continues.

Another chance to show off your abilities, and for those of you that didn't get to play in the first game, the teams are as yet still undecided. As with the real games, the teams will be decided on performance and commitment. The team sheet will be posted online again prior to the game.

Sat 19th Feb: Fielding 101 - Another look at how to field any position, whilst having feedback from the 2nd Internal game.

Wed 23rd Feb: A bit of everything - Basically a quick run through the past few weeks training sessions, with improvements and stuff.

Sat 26th Feb: UEA Black Sox @ Southampton Mustangs - Our first game since the game against Essex. The team that we will be taking to Southampton will be published online hopefully at least a week before the match.
