Management

The Management Committee consists of the four full-time Executive Officers, and the General Manager (Andy Pott), though only the full-time Officers can vote. Management Committee is normally also attended by the Union’s senior management staff members and the Union’s Permanent Treasurer (Annie Grant, the Dean of Students).

Management Committee makes decisions relating to the day-to-day operation of the Union, and the companies owned by the Union.

The Management Committee is accountable to the Executive Committee and the decisions of Management Committee are formally agreed by the next meeting of the Executive Committee. This decision will then be passed on to Union Council for final ratification.

Management Committee meets weekly, and makes necessary decisions during vacations in the absence of the Executive.
