If you are dissatisfied or experiencing any problems with your course then there are lots of people at your disposal to talk to. It could be that the course just is not what you thought it would be or that you have to pay for course handouts.
Firstly you can talk to your Academic Advisor. They might be your Course Director and can instantly sort out your problems. However, if you do not think this would be appropriate or do not want to approach a member of staff then contact your school rep or the Academic Officer at su.academic@uea.ac.uk. They can take it to the appropriate member of staff and discuss the issues that concern you.
If you feel that this is a more serious issue then it is best to contact the Student Union Advice Centre to book an appointment with an Advice Worker or contact the Academic Officer. Whichever level of support you choose, there are always people to help.
