21/22 Bus Update

The University has given us the following information:

Refund of Annual Bus Passes  

First Bus have agreed those who purchased a bus pass for use solely between the UEA & NNUH will be provided with a refund. Pro rata refunds will be accepted up to 2nd March 2012 for students or staff who travel between the UEA and NNUH.  Refunds can be obtained from First offices only at Rouen House, Rouen Road, Norwich as long as some kind of proof is provided i.e. home address, place of study, etc.  Each request will be dealt with on an individual basis. Opening times are Monday to Friday 0730 to 1730

Re-routing of Bus Service 30

Bus service 30 operated under contract on behalf of the University by First Bus, will from 23 April, extend its service to include the Colney Road stops closest to the Edith Cavell Building (not the NNUH Plaza).  This will provide a morning & early evening link between the two sites.  Due to regulations in respect of bus operation it is not possible to make this change any earlier than April 1st.  Timetables can be found at www.uea.ac.uk/transport
