Prospective landlords who wish to register their property with Home Run should email homerun@uea.ac.uk or call 01603-592505. Home Run is a service which operates with a Minimum Standards policy and has a set Complaints and Suspension Procedure. Landlords must not charge any kind of fee for renting a property.

Interested landlords will be sent a registration pack and upon receipt of all the completed documentation, appropriate fee and the relevant original certification Home Run will advertise your property.
After registration Home Run will also provide a single copy per landlord of our Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement. Registered landlords can purchase additional copies for £1 from the Union Advice Centre.

Please advise Home Run as soon as your property is let.

Once you have registered your property you will be advised of the password to allow you to access the website. Forthcoming events such as the Housing Event will be advertised as well as the dates of Landlord Open meetings. Relevant minutes and other information will also be posted on the website.
